    up to 24 hours for a response to your message.
  • Full functionality is GUARANTEED. Items are fully tested and completely functional.
  • 30 DAY WARRANTY: We offer a 30 day warranty. Dead on Arrival handsets will only be exchanged with the same model. Return item must be in the same condition it was sent out in or it can be denied. There is a 20% restocking charge on returns. Please pack the return item properly to prevent damage. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • We ship throughout the USA.
  • All shipments are confirmed by the tracking information. If it shows delivered, it means we are no longer responsible for the item. Please make arrangements to receive the item properly. There is no signature required for the shipment unless your order is over $250.00.
  • The cell phone battery and charger are tested and guaranteed to be working. However, the battery life is not guaranteed.
